Can you expand on this. What steps are your taking? How many files? Working over a network? etc.

Not over a network. As soon as I right click on a file in win explorer and go to pack n go it freezes explorer. The same happens in SW explorer as soon as I select even one file and click pack n go it just freezes and doesn’t work.

Any fix found for this? I have a brand new SW2009 SP3.0 install on XP Pro x64 and have what seems like is the same problem. I need this function on a weekly basis to do backups but SW just locks up and any mouse clicks result in the MS “Default Beep” sound. I always pack and go through the file menu. The only way to close SW is through Task Manager.
