Does you see this when you print the drawing out?
What version of SW? System specs?

When I clear “Use document display” under “Frame Style” in the properties dialog, it looks normal. So then I suspected something with the document properties for geometric tolerances. I can change the line style for the frame, yet that strange thick dash still appears on the right side. I think this is a bug.
