Unfortunately no you cannot as of 2009 you can only Move Copy or Rotate sketches in 3D Sketches. Check out the help or whats new documents for this release on how to do these.
If the 3D curve is a curve generated off of two sketches or a sketch and a surface again this cannot be done as well. Keep in mind that if you have this sort of entity you will need to copy the curve into a 3D sketch to have access to the Move Copy and Rotate functions.
3d sketches or curves cannot be mirrored directly, but if you use it to create a surface, like an extrude or swept surface, then mirror the surface, you can use the edge of the surface as if it were a sketch or a curve.
