It is possible to create balloons parametrical or non parametrical on the assembly level but using letters no numbers, please it is possible how can I do that. Thank you, I appreciate very much. But this method to be stabile for balloons in drwg view of the assembly.

Go into ( system options-document properties under that look for detailing-balloons) and under balloon text choose ‘text’
