I have been able to make changes to my BOM’s by editing the BOM table just like an excel table. So you should be able to insert a row and add text to the cells.
ithank you for your response, i dont have configurations for my part, is there any way to make it seperate when i insert the same part in the BOM. since i have 20 components and i wnt that to happen in many of the assemblies.

Hi damnsolid,
Which SW version are you using? The part you are using has configs, which are the ones you use in the assembly?

damnsolid,
That is what the BOM is supposed to do. If you had 100 nuts and/or screws, you would not want them listed separately?
However, the BOM has an option to list configs of the same part separtely. So try using an identical configuration of the part in the assy.
