I am doing a test run on PDM workgroup in SW09. This is my first install of workgroup as we are about to migrate from another PDM system. My issue is that I deleted a folder in the admin screen but when I go to my pdm folder in SW, the folder is still there. Is this a bug or have I missed something? Thanks for the help in advance.

Did you hit ‘Refresh’?

Refreshing should get rid of that folder.
Out of curiosity, what PDM system are you migrating from?

Hit refresh several times, tried logging out and back in etc. to no avail.

Try restarting the PDM Service on the server but before you do that, go into the VaultAdmin and check the Validate Vault on Every start up.
